Hello Pisces Season ♓️⁠⁠

the season of vibes.

in the astrological calendar, it's the last month of the year.

the zodiac wheel completes its run with the mutable water sign, Pisces.

Mutable signs guide us between seasons.

Water signs teach us that to feel alive is a felt thing.

a body of water that embodies this energy is the ocean -

every individual life is all intertwined on Earth. (a planet covered mostly by oceans, with deeeep sea depths)

it's energetic, mystical, interconnected.

The quote I come back to again and again to explain Pisces is

"you are not a drop in the ocean; you're the ocean in a drop"

- Rumi

We're not separate from the source of life. Even in our unique individual experiences - we're connected to all humans past, present, and future.

The arctic blast hitting Texas isn't separate from California or Australian fires.

The Pacific ocean and Atlantic ocean are separated on our maps, but in reality, their waters meet; they're in a relationship with each other

Pisces is where we open up to universal love, compassion, kindness.

As we heal our sense of separateness, we begin healing the way we speak to ourselves, infusing more honey & kindness.

We're able to be present with our loved ones, giving love & care AND receiving love & care.

Normalizing healthy & safe relationships, friendships, human connection.

Soothing our bodies, our nervous systems, our mind from our soul.

Attachment Theory teaches us about co-regulation. This is when we are in healthy attachment with someone we love - we are able to soothe and regulate our own nervous systems through another person's nervous system

Feeling love and connection from a human being we trust is literally good for our health. (This connects to Pisces' opposite sign: Virgo, the practical side of love.

Physiological change happens when our emotional & energetic body feels safe and secure.

Here’s a simple Energy Body Meditation Practice for you <3

  1. Take a minute, get into a comf meditative posture, begin taking deeper breaths than normal, like a breath stretch

  2. Feel what it feels like to be in your body today

  3. Expand your awareness to the background awareness that's already effortlessly and easily awake + aware without your help*

  4. Coming back into your energy body, feel the edges of your aura

  5. Set an intention to fortify your boundaries by clearing all energy that's not yours.

  6. Set an intention to fortify your boundaries by now filling up your aura with your own energy - that yummy feel that feels like you

  7. Be curious, what colors, textures, visions, words feels like you

  8. Turn the dial up/down on the vibrancy until it feels like you

  9. Inhale, hold at the top, e x h a l e

  10. Open your eyes whenever you are ready
