I notice my shoulders tense up, they feel glued to my ears, I hear the story in my head “ThisIsSoStressfulThisIsStressfulDidImentionStress!!”⁣

inhale, exhale, taking a moment during work to stand, breath, intentionally squeeze my shoulders and exhale as I move my shoulders back and down, stand up tall, inviting ease to flow in, as she does ⁣⁣

Checking the inbox of my body, does she have a message waiting me? Inhale, exhale, listening, meditating, just for a moment at my desk, creating space, building a relationship with my body ⁣⁣
