Emotional Awareness
when we lean in, breathe, feel into our body
we can feel the bodily sensation beyond the emotion
the butterflies you feel in stomach - your body checking in like - “you good? should we digest...or not? lmk.” - reducing blood flow, giving you the tingly, fluttering sensation in your stomach
be the neutral observer
inhale, exhale
I notice my shoulders tense up, they feel glued to my ears, I hear the story in my head “ThisIsSoStressfulThisIsStressfulDidImentionStress!!”
inhale, exhale, taking a moment during work to stand, breath, intentionally squeeze my shoulders and exhale as I move my shoulders back and down, stand up tall, inviting ease to flow in, as she does
Checking the inbox of my body, does she have a message waiting me? Inhale, exhale, listening, meditating, just for a moment at my desk, creating space, building a relationship with my body
You can do this too. It’s wildly healing and soul soothing. Inner work isn’t an instant transformation (though the healing journey includes instantaneous shifts as well as longwinding roads)
I’ve created my Releasing Anxiety, Inviting Calm bundle to give you tools, mindsets & healings that you can open up proactively to invite calm in or in the moment, as you’re going through it to release anxiety.
In the workshop we talk about the science, the research around Closing the Stress Cycle, so that you learn and give your brain evidence that change is possible and real.
We have a Hypnotherapy meditation to embody calm, so you can create subconscious shifts.
There’s a Reiki healing meditation to relax, let go and awaken your inner healer.
You get an EFT Tapping training + guided sequence, so that you have a tool to process your feels and open up to seeing things differently.
All the things to ease your mind & soothe your soul. Lean in.
