My higher self is the version of who has her needs met easily & effortlessly and therefore is fully embodied in her magic, wholeness 🌅⁠

Systemic harm includes having systems where it’s so difficult to get our needs met. where it’s difficult to even *identify* our needs.⁠

(the hoops someone has to jumps through with insurance in the healthcare system just to be cared for = one example of this) ⁠

this is ingrained into us subconsciously,⁠

imprinted into the infrastructure,⁠

and unless you have wildly strong boundaries…we’ve all internalized it. ⁠
